Self contained studio apartments with private bathroom with bath and shower
Each apartment has its own small kitchen or kitchenette which contains a basic amount of crockery and utensils, a hob, oven and microwave so that you can prepare your own meals - a cheaper and more healthy alternative to eating out at each mealtime
TV with UK terrestrial channels and two additional Sky channels
Phone in each studio for incoming and outgoing calls (calls charged seperately).
Lift to all floors.
Reception is staffed daily from 0840-2300
24 hour access to your apartment
Daily cleaning
Linen is changed weekly. Towels are changed several times per week.
Wireless broadband (8mbps contended line) is available at a cost of £5 per day, £15 per week or £40 per month.
Coin operated washing and drying machines are available for use in the basement.
If you arrive before check in time (12pm), you are welcome to leave your luggage with us until you check in later on. If your apartment was not occupied the night before, you are welcome to check in after 9am at no extra charge.

Small Double Studio - Sleeps 1 person in a double bed. There are a table and two chairs in each Small Double Studio, plus storage for clothes and luggage. Smaller than the Regular Double Studio.

Regular Double Studio - Sleeps 1-2 persons in a double bed. There are a table and two chairs in each Double Studio, plus storage for clothes and luggage and a reclining chair. Larger than the Small Double Studio.

Twin Studio - Sleeps 2 persons in two single beds. There are a table and two chairs in each Twin Studio, plus storage for clothes and luggage.

Triple Studio - Sleeps 3 persons in three single beds (one of the beds slides under the other when not in use to create more space). The three beds are separate but can be placed together if you wish. There is generally a large table and three chairs in each Triple Studio, plus storage for clothes and luggage and a reclining chair. One of our Triple Studios has a double bed and a sofa bed.

FAQs

Do your apartments have parking facilities? We regret that we do not have parking facilities. There is a car park on Queensway which is 5 minutes walk away. However, if at all possible then we recommend not bringing your car to London, as this city is not very car-friendly! The public transport however is excellent.

I'd like to view the apartment before I book. Is this possible? Yes it is, by appointment only so that we can make sure that there is a vacant apartment for you to view; we do not show occupied apartments.

Would you say that your apartments are luxury accommodation? No, they are not. I would describe them as basic, clean and well-located. They are best suited to travellers who do not wish to pay extra for luxury accommodation. However, we do have more luxurious accommodation available, so if you require something like that then get in touch and we'll recommend something suitable.

Do you have internet access available? Yes we do. It is wireless broadband. You can get the code from reception on arrival.

Are all your apartments just like the ones on your website? Due to the nature of these old townhouse buildings, each apartment is unique. Your apartment will be the same as or similar to the ones you have seen on the website.

Can I have a discount? Our internet booking rates are already discounted by 20-40%.

I arrive at 2 o'clock in the morning - will you still be open? I'm afraid that our reception closes at 11pm. Unless you can have a friend or relative to collect your keys for you in advance then I suggest that you take a hotel for the night.

My flight has been delayed and I'll arrive after 11pm. Can I still check in to the apartment? If it's very shortly after 11pm then probably, otherwise we may be able to arrange a hotel room for you nearby at your expense. Your travel insurance or airline may compensate you for this.

We saw your apartments advertised cheaper elsewhere. Can I have the cheaper rate? The rates on this site are the cheapest available. If you saw them cheaper elsewhere, this would be because someone is using our photos in a fake advert, possibly to solicit a wire transfer to an internet fraudster. We'd appreciate it if you could let us know if you see this happening.
