The Booking Process
The booking process is very straightforward.
- Submit the booking form or call to book
- If received during business hours, we will process your booking and email you the confirmation within a few hours, sometimes within 20 minutes
- The confirmation contains all the details you need to check in including our address, a map, the balance to settle on arrival and how to find us
- On arrival, simply settle the balance and move into your apartment
- Between making the booking and your arrival in London, if you have any questions about the accommodation or your trip in general, you're welcome to call or email us. We won't go silent once you've made your booking!
You'll see in your address bar the letters "https" and this symbol 
. This means that the page is securely encrypted so that a third party cannot intercept and read the signal. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding your credit/ debit card safety.
A credit card or UK debit card is required for booking. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Solo and Visa Debit. There is a 2% surcharge for credit card transactions, which is levied by the card processor. All debit card transactions are free.
£100 is taken as non-refundable deposit for the booking, then the balance must be settled on arrival as a card payment or by cash. So for example, if the total for your stay is £1200, then £100 is taken at the time of booking and the balance of £1100 must be settled on arrival.
If you have any special requirements or require more than one apartment, let us know in the requirements box below. We don't guarantee to cater for all requirements but we will if possible.
Check in is 1200 to 2300. Check out is by 1100. Please review our Terms before booking.
